GUC (no tag) crinkle poly-crepe watercolor floral print blouse with ruffle neckline. Size M. Purchased at a vintage consignment style shop without a tag. It was in the large rack, but to fit how it should (not stretched to it's limit...) it should have been on the medium rack. It has buttons hidden inside all the way down the front under the ruffles. I'm listing the measurements unstretched and stretched so you can decide how it will fit you. Comes from a smoke free pet friendly home.
