Were these worn - what is the current condition and do these fit like a snug US8 or more like 8.5?

@claycat 👋🏼 So I used it once for 30 mins but they fit too tight. Before I wore them I added the heel taps or savers. I use Nike 9.5 for reference. The bottom sole length is 11” as show in the above pictures. Thank you for your interest and hope they fit.
