GUESS cut out black dress, size S

This dress is so cool. It has a nice cut out over the chest with a mesh made of small circles over the entire thing with a solid black liner underneath. Not bodycon, fits nicely around the top and flares out. More of a skater dress fit. Size S or XS worn once
