Fantastic condition! I have not stain treated or washed this pieces to ensure not to cause any damage to such a stunning piece. There are a few little flaws, one brown stain on the right side waist area near the hem. Similar little stains along the lining of the right pocket. I have not tried to treat these and could potentially be lightened or lifted. There a hole and some fraying along the cuff of the right sleeve. Awesome vibrant colors in a large bold print of birds, flowers and fruit. Long sleeved with a mandarin style collar and huge patch pockets on the hips. The dress is unlined and buttons down the front. I think the fabric is cotton / cotton blend. Measurements: size 14 Chest: 40 Length: 42 Hip: 44 Waist: 34 Shoulder: 15 Sleeve: 23.5
