It can be converted by using the turquoise and silver snaps to create a satchel, and/or with the removable base inserted to create a flat bottom to the bag/tote or just flat without any changes. Comes with a 48-inch cross-over strap and a GABS labeled removable base to fit the bottom of the bag for shaping and also comes with a dust bag to store the bag and a little blue leather covered notepad.
