Gail Garner Size S Y2k Vintage Floral Dress Vintage

This is a pre-owned Gail Garner dress from the 90s, ALL that Glitters Collection. There is a small stain on the back that I haven't tried to remove myself, but I think it should come out. It is missing a button at the very top, and some of the other buttons could use some mending, they are coming a bit loose. Super cute vintage dress! Look through my closest and bundle and save!
