Large; double handles bag. Three main compartments> 1) Open pocket with side pouches. 2) Middle zippered compartment. 3) Open pocket; zippered side pouch. All pockets secured by flap with magnetic snap. Large tassel with panther attached with chain at front. No content label. My guess is partial suede and manmade materials. Textured squares of different animal prints, too.
