Dress is brand new never worn. Dress is altered to 5’5 height for heels and I was 145 lbs size 6 for reference. Has detachable tulle arm caps for reception and has the illusion of looking like it’s floating on your chest area. Dress is perfectly symmetrical and made to order. Comes with all fabric, tulle and flowers that were removed when altered in cases needed to adjust to your fitting. Dress has beautiful 8 loop bustle which i have a video on how to do once purchased. Dress has spandex material on skin layer which makes the dress incredibly comfortable to sit, dance and walk in. Under layer is more of a skin color as shown in pictures.
