kayladanceperry @staceyramsey76 it is. I had purchased it about 8 months before my wedding, tried it on then put it in the closet. Unfortunately about a month prior to my wedding, it no longer fit and I couldn’t return it and had to purchase another dress. It’s in mint condition with tags.
