A drawstring waist and also a zipper and button front closure. The shorts are in gently used condition. 100% cotton. There is not stretch in the fabric Waist across is about 18.5 inches but drawstring will allow for a more snug fit. Hips across are about 23 inches. From top of waistband to bottom hem of leg in front is about 13.5 inches. Measurement in back from top waistband to bottom of pantleg is about 15 inches. And from inseam to top of waistband is about 10 inches and from inseam to bottom of pant leg is about, 4.75 inches.
