Gandy Dancer floral leotard

Tag says small, but it fits like an xxs! Vintage, never worn, with tags! I wish this fit me. I can force it, though it rides real high on the hip, and peaks above pants line. Its supposed to be high on the hip, but its just too tight. Im 5'3, size 3, so I recommend a smaller person for this to fit comfortably.
