Gap 90s style spaghetti strap confetti print dress

Great pre-owned condition. Adorable midnight confetti print dress with elasticized smock back and spaghetti straps. Lightweight and very comfortable. Measurements are approximate and taken laying flat, double where necessary. Bust: 17.5" Waist: 15" Length w/o straps: 30" So super cute but was too big for me unfortunately :( Reposhing this item I purchased from @sydroch. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
