For everyones security and privacy I am more than happy to provide you with any additional details and photos here on Poshmark.com. When the dress is laying flat the waist measures 17" across with a flat bust measurement of 20". The waist sits at the mid drift area. From the waistline to the bottom hem is 23" so the hem sits at the knee. The waist doesn't have any stretch to it but the skirt flairs out to 26" at the bottom
