Gap Black dress shorts

Black Gap dress shorts. Tag says size 2 but fits more like a 4. The tag with the fabric content is missing but it feels like it's poly/rayon material. It has a wide band and zipper closure on the side. Reposh. I love it but it is too loose on me.
