las248 @ladybugrenee Hi! Collar to shoulder is 6.5 inches. Shoulder to cuff is 26.5 inches. Chest is 36 inches. Length from back of band collar to waist is 31 inches.

las248 @ladybugrenee Yes, I think you're right. In jackets I'm not usually an XS but this fits my shoulders well and I can zip it up without being too snug. I couldn't wear it over a bulky sweater though. For reference I'm 5'3", 140 pounds, 36D if that's helpful.
