Gap Navy stripe Rose Dress

Bust is 36”. Length is 34”. Waistband is elastic. Dress slips on (no zipper). Last 2 pics show some stains. The first one is at the very bottom of the front and the other is on the back near the waist. Material is 100% cotton.
