Gap Skirt

Gap pleated gold skirt. Looks like silk but fabric is polyester. Fully lined. Side zipper and hook & eye closure. Ties on side into a bow. Looks cute with oversized sweater/sweatshirt and sneakers. Great condition. Can be machine washed. At this price my earning is $3.05- how is this still available?
