Gap Strapless Bow Ruffle Trim Navy & Pink Geometric Print Smocked Mini Dress GUC

The tag says xs but this dress won’t stay on. I know gap runs big but jeesh! I would say best for a sz small with a bigger bust or a medium petite. It has elastic in the upper back. Bummer bc I really loved the vintage design. In GUC Reposhing this item I purchased from @prudentplum. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions? Leave a comment below!
