@ejcab hi I’m not sure what garterized means lol but I can tell you it has a draw string. But it doesn’t bunch up at the waist if that makes sense.

@ejcab no it’s not. It’s in excellent condition tho. It wasn’t used much at all I took very good care of it. I’m one of those people that won’t ever put their purse on the floor. Did you go through the pictures? The last few are the actual purse and the first ones are from the website.
