Gap aqua dress with tie cinch waist and 3/4 sleeves

Gap aqua dress with tie cinch waist and 3/4 sleeves. Sleeves can be rolled up to 1/2 length and secured with buttons. Beautiful bead work on the bust. Stunning detail throughout. The meeting point of the V neck has some seam work coming loose as shown in photo- an easy fix. :). No other flaws. The fabric is amazingly soft. It is a gorgeous dress once ironed out.
