Gap blue stripe shift dress new with tags

Brand new blue and white striped Gap shift dress. Still available in stores. I ordered x small and small, liked how the x small fit better, but then missed the return deadline! I love mine! So cute and comfortable on! This is a small petite, but would work for average height as well. I am 5'1". And I add a belt to mine to make it a bit shorter. Great dress!
