Gap blue swing dress size medium

Gap navy blue swing midi dress with 3/4 length sleeves. Size small but can definitely be worn on a medium as it is a looser fit. Not sure of the material but it is stretchy and soft. Cute for fall with booties and a jacket. Used but still in good shape with no visible stains or flaws.
