Gap crop flare black and white check pants

Slim fit, slightly flared crop pants from the Gap. Looks like wool dress pants, but fabric is polyester, rayon and spandex (see photo of tag). Purchased and never worn. Waist 13”, inseam is 26”. Side pockets
