Gap floral dress S

Ruffle half sleeve with overlap ruffle hem. Black with red and pink flower pattern. Has a vintage look. Originally had a belt or sash as it has tiny belt loops. Totally cute without but would look darling with a skinny braided brown belt to give it more of a western look. Lightly worn. Size S 6-7
