Please confirm the measurements across the buttoned waist and inseam. I'm asking only because I don't like to return anything and I have often found tag sizes to be incorrect and sizes vary brand to brand. Thank you!

Thank you! My apology for the late reply as I don't get online very often. I have one pair that are 16" across, maybe the rise plays changes that. Can shipping be done by ground for a lower cost? Or is 3 day always standard?
