melissagklatt @elizabethb313 I don't think they're marketed by Gap as oversized but I would say yes they fit that way. They're loose in the hips/thighs. It's a cute baggy fit, not tight.

melissagklatt @elizabethb313 I took a few measurements, hopefully this helps: They're 38in around the top buttons/waist, 46in around the bottom of the front pockets/hips, and the leg opening is 27in.
