Gap size 28/6r high waisted denim shorts w/ front flap button pockets

really cute shorts, they fit me ok but a bit loose for my liking, I bought them as a final sale online so I couldn't return for a smaller pair, I'd keep but I was able to buy the size down after receiving these and trying on. I'm 5'9" 145lbs.. I'm normally a 2 in gap but all the reviews said to size up a size or two... knowing it was final sale I panicked and bought the 2 sizes up 😆😆 I probably could have worn my regular size, the shorts do have stretch to them but at least I got 1 size down.. someone who Normally wears a gap 4 or 6 should be fine with these in my opinion.
