expectation2021 @cpichu Lying flat, the vest measures approximately 18" at the waist, but there are adjustable ties in the back to cinch in.

expectation2021 @citiesandstates The pockets are functional. Manufacturers generally sew pockets closed to maintain the shape of new clothing, with the expectation that consumers will unstitch them once the garment is ready to be worn. As this is a new item, I left the pockets as is.
