Garay vintage black velvet clutch with rhinestone band across the top. Kiss lock closure. Garay tag inside the very clean interior. There is one spot that shows where a sticker was placed at one time. This is vintage and pre-owned and GENTLY used. Rhinestones are prong set and are all in place. Rhinestone bar is adorned with rope type silver tone edges. Very classy purse! 9" x 5".
