Reposhing this item I purchased from @kbednar. Worn once by the original seller, but I went with something else for my event.
Note: this dress is snug under the bust! The garment measurement for the waist/underbust is 30”. The fabric flows freely below that with no restriction on hips.
The dress is gorgeous lined organza gown with a subtly fun floral print in rich colors. It is indeed romantic! It would be great for any formal, black-tie optional, or black tie event.

@timfan74 it isn’t me. That’s the model photo from the Lulu’s site. When I tried it on, it just touched the floor (5’7”, wearing 2.5 inch heels). The customer reviews on the site might be helpful — lots of pics and people listing their height!

Hi @graciey92108! Based on the info you shared, you might find the underbust too snug at 30”. The deep-v top and open skirt accommodate a range of proportions, but that high waist measure is the one really significant fit measurement in this style. I suggest double-checking that measurement on yourself before purchasing.
