Aline skirt means you can twirl in the garden like you were 5! this dress is super stretchy and flattering on most anyone. from shoulder to hem is 41 inches. waist is 15 but stretches to 19. cotton & elastene. seriously cute & comfy..even if you ate an extra cucumber sandwich lol
