Garfield & Marks barret trouser jeans

Garfield & Marks barret trouser jeans made in New York USA, women's size 12. Waist laid flat is approximately 17" across, hips 21", and inseam approximately 31". Please note as shown in pic 3 that it has a hook closure, there is a hole for a button but no indication that a button was ever present on the opposite flap.
