Garland Sixties Vintage Plaid Tartan School Skirt

Garland vintage wool plaid skirt. I believe it's 60s or 70s era. There is some damage to inner waist band, but the exterior is in good shape and does not affect appearance when worn. No materials tag, but feels like 100% wool. Vintage size 14, but please check measurements.
