Garment measuring

All my garments are measured lying flat. The best way to determine if an article of clothing will fit you; Find your favorite comparable garment, take a lying flat measurement of that garment and compare those measurements to the ones in the listing you are interested in. I hope this helps you find the best sizing for you. Every Designer's measurements differ from each other, and sometimes measurements of the same size by the same designer are different.
