Garnet Hill ALine Cotton Skirt

This is a light weight cotton. It has a cotton liner that hangs slightly below original hem. Giving the skirt a flirty swing. The stitching has a gentle pink thread that runs up and down the seams of the dress. The waistband measures 13inches across. The length measures 19-1/2 inches. It zips on the side.
