I definitely recommend sizing down especially if you want to wear it at your natural waist. Since the waistband is stretchy and 31.5” unstretched, it’s best on someone with a 32-35” waist.  Comfy airy jersey cotton blend fabric. Fully lined so it doesn’t look clingy or slinky.
