Garnet Hill Size L Black/Navy Tie Waist Maxi Linen/Cotton Dress

Amazing quality 55% cotton, 45% linen dress. Can't tell if it's a very deep navy or a charcoal black. Thick tie waist. Short slits at the hem of the dress. Approximately 50" long, 20" pit to pit, 16" waist. Smoke free home. We have a dog and although I try to make sure garments are completely hair free I can't 100% guarantee it!
