Garnet Hill black cotton & silk cocktail dress S

Garnet Hill black cap sleeve cocktail dress. Upper part is cotton, skirt is silk. Functional left side zipper that starts at armpit & goes about 6”. Functional silk tie that can go in front or back; looks cleaner when in front. I am unable to locate care / fabric tags. I’d recommend dry clean only. Worn once. Measures approximately 12” pit to pit; 35” from top of shoulder down.
