Garnet Hill cotton dress

Pretty cotton dress, fully lined, back zip, comes with a cotton belt that matches the color of the stripes on the dress. Full, easy skirt, hits below the knee. No tags but it is like new. Never worn. The dress is a size 2 but it's roomy. Fits more like a size 4.
