Garnet Hill cotton skirt

Lightweight pull-on cotton skirt with ties on the left side of the waist. Worn just a few times. Washed in free detergent and hung to dry. No pockets but fully lined. Shape is a-line but there are panels so it gets fuller further down. Nonsmoking house.
