Garnet Hill strapless dress

Very cute blue & white striped seersucker strapless dress. Fully lined with boning in front part of bodice, side zip. Two stains (1 front top, barely noticeable, & 1 near seam on top left side - by zipper where your arm would cover it - see last photo, top 2 pics in grid). Cute with or without a belt or sash. Perfect for summer!
