Garnet Hill ( wore once) blue dress

Has some elasticity in the dress so if you are not sure size 2 of garnet hill will be tight for you, this one can also show the curvy you :) ( I’m 5’3 and usually wore xs for most brands; but xxs for Ann Taylor, j-crew since they run large)
