Garter Belt

This belt has been used for photoshoots, but is in good shape! It's a size small and measures 12" across. Having said that, it has a *LOT* of stretch. My natural waist is 25.5"; this belt fits best on my low waist (29"), but is elasticated enough for my to pull it down over my 35" hips with relative ease. This belt will work best for a Small/ Medium human.
