Our cotton is Organic and Double Mercerized. The mercerizing makes the cotton stronger and allows the dye color to adhere to the yarn better. It also makes the cotton smoother. These shirts are cut, then sewn, not knitted as 1 piece. The result is a TShirt that fits properly. The neck has additional reinforced taping. 2 Needle stitching hold the rib knit collar in place and is also used at the cuff hem and bottom hem. These shirts are machine washable and dryable.
