I made this with the Pirate Festival in mind.
Tampa Florida has a fabulous one every year called Gasperilla Festival.
Tera cota skull and faux suede straps.
I added things a pirate might collect:
Cannon ball, pearls, gems, mother of pearl and a Sea Horse. (All faux)
