Gathered off shoulder cute top. S

I bought this as a set and I wear the pants but I never have worn this top because for a 38 inch bust. It is too small. It would fit 30 to 32 inch bust perfectly. It does have stretches. It is elastic gathered throughout and it is all rayon and cotton with a tie-dye print. The colors are shades of gray and off-white.
