@saramarsh15 ...24 hours later.... Hi again. Please forgive the delay... Lying on a flat surface, underarm to underarm is 20 inches; top of shoulder beside the neckline is 21 inches. It is a lightweight material. I didn't feel the need to wear a cami under it, but you may feel differently. A nude undergarment worked for me. Let me know if I may answer any more questions!! TGIF 😀
