Gauzy summer tunic dress

Dark Blue with tropical pink-tinged flowers. Large. Gauzy translucent summer dress/tunic with lining, falling at or around knee. One long 'pleat' at front mid-line and generous cut gives this dress room to flow . Deep V-neck line with open and unlined short sleeves that end in ties. Polyester. Soprano brand. Bought at TJ Maxx years ago, never worn with tags. Minor fray at seam line of left arm and a few places around hem but stitching is secure. I noticed one pulled thread near the side close to bottom. (See last 3 pics) Nearly excellent pre-owned condition. Cute, romantic, whimsical.
