twobluepetals @fashnminx if you goto my seller tools you have the option of setting a bundle discount anywhere from 5-30% for the amount of items you choose. So if you are shopping a closet and like an item and added it to bundle adding more items depending on what seller has set will trigger a discount

fashnminx @twobluepetals hey there. Once again I have a question for your Posh expertise. If you want to discount ONE item. You know mark it down. Is this through seller tools. It seems that if you do it on the listing directly buyers don't see the reduced price? I see items marked down all the time I just haven't figured it out Than you!!

twobluepetals @fashnminx you goto item click edit and reduce price. Only people that see reduction are those that like the item. They only get notification if you drop price by 10% of your lowest price you ever had item. A great way to tell if they are getting notifications is to like item yourself.

twobluepetals @fashnminx yes you can! Do you know how to get to seller tools? If so once you click on that vacation hold is listed under that. I think from there you chose the date you want it on hold till 😊

miastephanie Hi Gayle I received the coat and noticed a small tear on the vynil on the left sleeve as soon as I opened the package. It is very unfortunate as I was really looking forward to this piece. I contacted Poshmark on the spot to report this and request a refund. I submitted a picture too and I'll return the item. However, they apparently released the funds to you before confirming I had received the package. I hope we can resolve this.

fashnminx @miastephanie Hi. Very sorry to read there is a tear in the coat. I try to be careful and always inform buyers of defects. I will send Poshmark a note as well to ask how they will handle such a situation. The two returns I have done, the buyer returns the item and Poshmark refunds the cost. With the funds released? I’m not sure how to proceed. Will keep you updated upon their response. Thanks.

fashnminx @miastephanie @miastephanie Hello again. I was sending a note to Poshmark regarding this return. On my Posh page/email it does NOT show that the funds for his sale were released to me. Poshmark always notifies me when funds are released. I sent them an email explaining the situation regarding this return and asked that they please follow up. It usually takes 24/48 hours to reply. Will keep you updated.

I also explained again, that per their own policy re confirming with purchaser first whether the item has been received(and in expected condition) funds should not have been released --and it appears they have not been! Let's see what they respond.
