Gedifra Marachella 9 Balls Mottled Black-Red Acrylic Wool Mohair Polyamide Yarn

- Lot of 9 balls of a very unique, novelty yarn, made up of multiple thin loops evenly spaced on thin, black yarn - Tones go from a dark rose, to a red, then to an orange with black in between - When knitted up, it creates a boucle affect. Very swishy - Unfortunately I don’t know what happened to the ball bands. Somehow they came off or were tossed in the moving process. The only remnant I have is of two little pieces showing the item number and what I think is the dye lot; see last photo. Based on that, they are in fact the yarn brand indicated in the title. Research to locate similar yarn on Ravelry also confirms this - 38-50 gram balls, at 20-23 more or less yards each; 416 grams and 200 +/- yards. I weighed each of them and am providing the average - 43% Acrylic, 25% Wool, 16% Mohair, 16% polyamide - Considered a super bulky yarn, using size 17 knitting needles or 12 mm crochet hook - #02544 (Farbe, or color number); #9488 (Partie, or lot number) - Note that one ball is about 38 grams and has been unraveled and then rolled up in a ball again, as it may look smaller than the others, but the other eight balls are for the most part, in their original state apart from not having a ball band - Weight and yardage is approximate. Lot being sold as is. This yarn has last been produced in the 2000s and now discontinued by the company - Any imperfections are due to the manufacturing process and not due to wear
